Special Services for Special Patients

Special Needs

When you arrange your first appointement with bryn Siriol Dental practice, you'll be encouraged to tell us if you have any special needs.

If you are disabled or are unable to visit the surgery we will do our best to help.

If you have difficulty with stairs or are in a wheelchair we can help in the following ways: We have ground floor surgeries available, a wheelchair ramp plus a chair lift.

Fear of Dentists?

If you have any worries about visiting the dentist we can help you overcome the situation.

Children at the Dentist

We are used to working with children and always regard them as very special patients. We do everything to make their visits as pleasant and enjoyable as possible and have a good selection of toys in the waiting room. Our main aim is to help them form good dental habits which will prevent problems with their teeth later in life. Dental care begins at birth and we will be pleased to see your babies as soon as possible.

Appointments and Emergencies

Opening Hours

You can make an appointment by telephone or you can call in to make arrangements. Our normal opening hours are:

  • Monday to Thursday - 8:00am - 5:30pm
  • Friday - 8:00am - 1:00pm
  • Saturday by arrangement

If you need to be seen urgently, telephone the surgery for advice. if treatment is essential, we will do our best to arrange it within 24 hours.

Once your initial treatment is complete, we encourage you to come back to the practice at regular intervals to see that everything is going well. All our patients receive regular reminders for their check ups.

Emergency Appointments

Whenever possible, please contact us about emergencies during normal surgery hours. If you need to be seen the same day, please get in touch as early in the day as possible. In the case of an emergency out of hours, please phone (01352) 758707. If treatment is necessary we will do our best to arrange it within 24 hours.

Choosing how to Pay

After your teeth have been examined and a treatment plan has been agreed, you will be given a written estimate of the cost of the work to be done.

Our normal procedure is to pay a deposit before treatment and then to pay for treatment as it is completed at each visit.

If you are worried about the cost of dental treatment or find any point about charges difficult to understand, please let us know.

You may pay by cheque with a bankers cards. Visa mastercard and Switch are also accepted.
